We made ur own
sushi at home..pretty easy...
You just have to get ready the bamboo mat (to roll), sushi rice (prepare rice vinegar by heating it with sugar and salt until dissolved; rinse the rice in cold water and steam in a rice cooker), salmon, cucumber, crab stick or any other seafood you like to add on to your favourite (
DIY), not to forget wasabi and Japanese soy sauce.
Although it does not look professional but the taste was good! Enjoyed the fun!
